SlotBookings is being used by clubs for tournament administration at events listed on the Table Tennis England website. Tournament management is designed for wider use across sports and community competitions, subject to each event's format and requirements.

Entrants pay the organiser by bank transfer or payment link, submit payment proof, and the organiser checks and approves it.

The 20p platform fee applies to paid registrations. Brand visibility is optional at £15 per brand per event. Payment gateway processing fees are additional where used; bank fees may apply to direct transfers. Any additional work for a tournament-specific competition format should be agreed separately.
